Shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient and vary depending on the delivery address, bien sûr. When ordering, please tell us the address where you prefer to receive your bag so that we can calculate shipping costs.
Our creations are generally delivered within 15 days after the payment. We do our best to deliver within 3/5 days our products without customization, and about 7/10 days our customized creations. The timing may vary depending on the workload, but we will let you know the amount of expected days for processing the order when purchasing.
We accept payments by credit card or Paypal. If the order is placed by email we also accept bank transfer as payment method.
All Le Nom creations are personalized by hand. The lines will never be as precise as if they were printed by machine and there will never be two identical bags to each other. Their uniqueness is their most beautiful and appreciated feature. C'est magnifique!
You can request an invoice by specifying the details in the order notes or by e-mail at info@le-nomcom within the day after ordering. Beyond this deadline, the request may not be accepted. Merci!
